Privacy Policy

Fesfair provides live event apps for festivals and fairs. Each festival may have its own branded experience within our platform.

We collect only the information needed to operate the service. This may include language preferences, cookie consent status, selected event dates, and similar settings stored locally in your browser.

If you grant analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 receives limited usage data from public festival pages, including the page URL and title, festival slug, browser and device information, and approximate location derived by Google from the network connection. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.

We do not require you to create an account to browse festival content. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through the app.

We do not send names, contact details, ticket identifiers, booking details, or other personal or ticket data to Google Analytics.

We use stored preferences to remember your settings, improve usability, and provide offline-capable progressive web app features where supported.

When you consent, we use aggregate GA4 page-view information to understand which public festival pages are used and improve the service. Google signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled.

Festival schedules, stall listings, maps, and related content are provided for informational purposes during the event.

We use cookies and browser storage to remember choices such as language, analytics consent, and selected event days. Under our basic consent approach, GA4 stays blocked until you grant analytics consent. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google LLC. If you grant analytics consent, Google processes the limited usage data described above under its own privacy terms. GA4 is not used on admin or scanner pages.

We may load fonts or other assets from third-party providers. Those providers may process technical data such as IP address or browser type according to their own policies.

Preference cookies and local storage entries remain for the period described in our Cookie Policy or until you clear them from your browser.

Google Analytics retains analytics data according to the retention settings configured for this deployment. Aggregate reports may be retained separately where permitted.

You can change language settings in the app, clear cookies and site data in your browser, or accept, reject, or revise analytics consent through the consent banner and Cookie Policy page.
